What you’ll do

Build and ship complete AI-powered product capabilities spanning server-side logic and user-facing interfaces.
Create quick prototypes for AI agent use cases and refine ideas through repeated testing and iteration.
Develop clear user experiences, reusable patterns, and practical demos that help teams adopt AI workflows with ease.
Work side by side with product managers and engineers to convert concepts into scalable, production-ready features.
Contribute to Java-based backend work while also supporting frontend implementation and system integration when required.
Improve the speed, reliability, and usability of AI-enabled workflows.
Take part in technical conversations, architectural choices, and ongoing product enhancement efforts.
Keep up with new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices to strengthen product capabilities over time.

What we’re looking for

Proven full-stack engineering experience with strong knowledge of Java backend development.
Direct experience designing, building, and releasing AI-powered applications or products in live environments.
Working knowledge of AI agents, large language models, and current AI development practices.
Frontend experience is a strong plus, especially with modern JavaScript frameworks.
Exposure to cloud platforms, containerized systems, and modern infrastructure tools is beneficial.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to prototype quickly, learn fast, and deliver reliable solutions.
The judgment to move quickly without sacrificing maintainability or engineering quality.
Comfort working with distributed, collaborative teams in a remote-first environment.
