What You Will Do

• Identify and approach new property options, landlords, and relevant local authority areas.
• Handle negotiations with property owners and landlords.
• Carry out in-depth market research to spot trends, opportunities, and possible risks in real estate.
• Create financial models, forecasts, and feasibility assessments for prospective investments and development plans.
• Support the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and stakeholder reports.
• Track economic indicators, policy updates, and market shifts that affect Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector.
• Work alongside finance, legal, and development teams to support decision-making.
• Keep real estate databases current and accurate.

Requirements

• You should be a fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on ability in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools is required.
• Strong numerical thinking, analytical ability, and careful attention to detail are important.
• You should understand the commercial real estate landscape in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both English and Arabic is essential, along with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and briefly.
• You must be able to work on your own as well as collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
