Role overview
As a Supervisor, you will partner with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver an excellent guest experience alongside the front-of-house team. You will help keep the business operating safely and maintain high standards so each shift runs efficiently. Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading shifts, coordinating both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and keeping the restaurant operating smoothly. You will coach the team to deliver the brand’s customer service standards, support perfect food presentation and quality, and make sure the restaurant remains clean, well presented, and aligned with company procedures. You will also take pride in delivering strong service across every shift.
