Role overview
In this Sales Development Representative role, you will help increase company revenue by reaching out to potential customers, securing product demo meetings, and supporting prospects through the sales cycle in close partnership with Account Executives. You will also represent Agicap externally as a cash flow and liquidity planning specialist.
To help you succeed, the Sales team will provide structured training. Your onboarding will last 4 to 6 weeks and will cover both the sales process and the support side of the online product, along with the company’s internal workflows.
What you will do
- Engage directly with managing directors and finance professionals across different industries to uncover their challenges and present suitable solutions.
- Build interest in the product and qualify prospects for meetings with Account Executives.
- Act as a key contact for topics related to cash flow and liquidity planning.
- Work with Marketing and Sales Operations to create leads, while using creativity to improve outreach efforts.
- Monitor your own results and share weekly performance updates with your team lead.
What you should bring
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related discipline.
- German language skills at C2 level and English skills at C1+ level.
- A practical, hands-on approach to work.
- A strong interest in performance tracking, targets, and key metrics.
- A confident, persuasive, and people-oriented personality that helps you connect with a wide range of contacts.
