Role Overview
TTS-US is looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Program Manager to guide Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional teams within its Cybersecurity, Systems, and Resilience organization. The role calls for a hands-on facilitator who can coach teams, clear blockers, and encourage continuous improvement, while also bringing enough technical and analytical depth to work effectively with engineering, analytics, and product partners.
The right candidate will be comfortable using advanced Excel analysis, basic coding, Power BI, and AI tools across platforms to increase productivity, simplify workflows, and support better decisions based on data.
Key Responsibilities
- Run Scrum routines such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Use coding where helpful to support analysis, automation, visualizations, or deeper technical understanding.
- Apply AI tools and platforms to improve team output, automate repetitive work, and strengthen analysis and communication.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics.
- Coach teams on Scrum methods, Agile values, and self-management.
- Work with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery planning.
- Track blockers, escalate when needed, and help remove anything slowing down the team.
- Encourage transparency, accountability, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Prepare regular progress updates, metrics, and stakeholder insights.
- Partner with technical teams on implementation details, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Support Agile change efforts through coaching, training, and practical guidance.
- Help connect business, product, and technical groups so communication stays clear and effective.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or comparable position within a software development environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Strong Excel-based analytical ability, including working with data, metrics, and reporting to support decisions.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools across platforms to improve productivity, workflows, and analysis.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard design, reporting, and data visualization.
- Programming or scripting skills in one or more languages preferred.
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to build trust, encourage collaboration, and influence others without formal authority.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and similar project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background supporting cybersecurity, software engineering, or technology delivery teams.
- Additional Agile certifications are considered an advantage.
