नौकरी का विवरण
Role overview
Pushpay is looking for experienced Senior Software Engineers to help advance its products over the next 12 to 18 months through meaningful improvements, both large and small, to the customer experience. The work is cross-functional, with engineering partnering closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, SREs, UX, Delivery leads, and other specialists to deliver better outcomes.
This position is suited to someone who enjoys building sophisticated systems, mentoring others, and continuously improving their own craft. You’ll be encouraged to tackle complex challenges, understand the root cause, and shape practical solutions that keep you engaged and growing.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will contribute well beyond day-to-day coding. You’ll work alongside Product Designers, Analysts, and engineering colleagues to build a product experience used by millions worldwide. The role also offers a pathway to broader leadership responsibility, so flexibility and a strong appetite for learning are important.
Pushpay promotes a team environment where engineers can discuss challenges openly, explore new technologies, learn new techniques, make mistakes safely, and take ownership of their work.
Ideal background
We are seeking engineers with at least 5 years of software engineering experience and strong hands-on ability in .NET and C#. A solid track record in solution architecture, design, build, and delivery is important, along with experience working with web APIs, both from the service and client sides.
You should also be familiar with CI/CD practices and tools, be comfortable writing modular and scalable code, and show a clear personal drive to keep learning and improving.
