Honest Burgers is hiring a Shift Manager in Brighton. What you’ll do

You will support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day leadership across the restaurant. The role involves running shifts, helping the team perform well, and contributing to a workplace built around loyalty, positivity, and opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee service periods on shift.
• Help ensure food safety and health and safety rules are followed.
• Assist with coaching and training front-of-house team members.
• Support compliance tasks and reporting requirements.
• Look for ways to improve service quality and overall restaurant performance.

Pay and benefits

The hourly earnings are £13.50 to £18.50 OTE, with service charge included. The employer notes that service charge can add around £1 to £5 per hour on top of base pay. Service charge is shared equally, with 100% going to the team.
