Internship Overview
This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes tailored for remote work. Interns will engage in sourcing and screening candidates while gaining exposure to live hiring across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social media channels.
- Review resumes to shortlist candidates aligned with job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate profiles.
- Arrange and coordinate interview timings between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain continuous communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Update and manage candidate databases along with recruitment tracking systems.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure timely closure of recruitment positions.
- Learn contemporary recruitment strategies and candidate engagement techniques.

- Must be able to work remotely from home.
