Overview
This role is for an Executive Assistant in the tech sector based in Cupertino, California. It is a 12-month contract position supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee demanding executive calendars that span several time zones.
- Spot scheduling clashes early and adjust plans proactively.
- Handle logistics and coordination for meetings and other executive engagements.
- Equip leaders for meetings by gathering relevant materials and background context.
- Organize both domestic and overseas travel arrangements end to end.
Requirements
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience assisting C-suite or other senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex calendars.
- Hands-on experience arranging travel for senior leadership.
- Strong business writing skills for executive-level communication.
- Highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail.
