Java Full Stack Developer with AI Expertise

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer proficient in AI technologies to design and build enterprise-grade software solutions. This role involves extensive coding in Java Spring Boot and Python and requires architecting scalable applications for cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and architect cloud-native applications leveraging Java Spring Boot and Python, with a strong programming focus.
• Build and integrate generative and agentic AI features to automate workflows and enable smart decision-making.
• Create and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems utilizing Kafka or similar message queue technologies.
• Design and deploy containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, incorporating CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Bicep.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, product management, and infrastructure teams to ensure delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performing applications.
• Implement robust security practices including identity and access management, encryption, and secure coding techniques.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and participate in architectural decision-making processes.
• Stay current on emerging AI, cloud, and full-stack development technologies to foster innovation.

Candidate Profile

• Between 3 and 12 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a minimum of 2 years serving as a lead developer or junior architect.
• Strong backend development skills in Java Spring Boot and Python.
• Proficient in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experienced in deploying applications across multiple cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledgeable in AI domains including generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI cloud services like Azure OpenAI, Claude, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API integration, and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Bicep, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering; relevant cloud or AI certifications are an advantage.
