Role Overview
Patagonia is hiring an individual contributor at P3 level to join the Talent Marketplace team as a Talent Enablement & Experience Program Manager. This position focuses on improving how talent practices are designed, expanded, and continuously refined so hiring feels more connected, more self-service, and more centered on people. The role blends recruiting knowledge, people operations expertise, systems thinking, and agile program leadership to help convert hiring needs into practical workflows, tools, and standards.
The work in this position supports hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates by creating scalable experiences and structures that are fair, consistent, and easy to use. It also contributes to Patagonia’s purpose of helping Save Our Home Planet by strengthening thoughtful and equitable hiring practices.
Responsibilities
- Work with talent partners to improve hiring processes, tools, and the overall candidate and manager experience.
- Convert hiring requirements into clear standards, step-by-step processes, and support materials that improve consistency and quality.
- Help build and roll out a self-service hiring approach for hiring managers.
- Support hiring methods that broaden access, minimize bias, and foster inclusive candidate experiences.
- Turn hiring workflows into scalable solutions inside systems such as Workday, Paradox, and related platforms.
- Collaborate with People Technology and other cross-functional partners to design systems that are practical, intuitive, and durable.
- Support agile execution practices, including planning, prioritization, and coordination across teams.
Requirements
- Background in recruiting, talent operations, people operations, or a closely related area.
- Proven ability to convert business processes into scalable systems and workflows.
- Hands-on experience using platforms such as Workday, Paradox, and Criteria.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot, AI-based agents, or similar technology.
- Experience working alongside HRIS or People Technology teams.
- Track record of supporting or leading cross-functional programs and change initiatives.
- Working knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Preferred experience in high-volume hiring settings.
- Bonus: experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach.

Workplace Location
This role can be based in Ventura, California; Reno, Nevada; or remote. Ventura-based and Reno-based employees will work in a hybrid setup, on-site Tuesday through Thursday and remote on the other days. Remote employees must work from an approved home office within the United States. Some travel to the Ventura office may be needed for team events, training, or important meetings.
Compensation
The hiring range for this position is USD 85,000 to USD 90,000 annually. Patagonia notes that pay bands are set using the local market median for similar roles and benchmark data from third parties. Actual compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, and budget. The broader salary range for the role is USD 80,900 to USD 121,300 per year.
