Internship Overview and Responsibilities
This internship involves hands-on development and maintenance of Android applications written exclusively in Java, not Kotlin. Interns will contribute to live applications currently serving real users, ensuring practical and dynamic work experience from day one.
- Design, implement, and improve Android apps using Java programming language.
- Add new features, diagnose problems, and resolve bugs within ongoing live projects.
- Adhere to MVVM architecture principles to develop clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
- Integrate backend services via REST APIs and process JSON data efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with senior developers, UI/UX designers to deliver user-friendly, responsive applications.
- Write reusable, optimized, and well-commented code compliant with industry standards.
- Utilize Git and GitHub to manage version control and facilitate team collaboration.
- Perform debugging, testing, and optimization to maintain app performance, stability, and reliability.
- Engage actively in code reviews, agile practices, and team discussions to enhance software development skills.
