What you'll do

  • Arrange product sampling and collect customer feedback to support business growth.
  • Follow up with interested leads and convert qualified prospects into active customers.

  • Record and monitor leads, customer conversations, sample approvals, and sales activity in the assigned tools or logs.
  • Work toward getting at least 2–3 product sample approvals each month through regular follow-ups and sales effort.
  • Track customer orders, payment status, and related business tasks to ensure timely closure.
  • Partner with the management team to support monthly sales goals and business expansion.
  • When needed, visit customer locations within Bangalore to collect pending payments and strengthen relationships.

Requirements
