Role overview

This is a 6-month, full-time internship for an HR intern based in Navi Mumbai. The role is office-based and starts immediately.

Key responsibilities

The intern will support core human resources activities, including hiring coordination, employee data management, payroll assistance, engagement support, policy drafting, and workforce planning.

• Take care of recruitment work from sourcing candidates through screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
• Keep employee files and HR systems updated and organized.
• Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and compliance-related tasks.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and manage grievance follow-ups.
• Prepare new HR policies and revise existing procedures when needed.
• Work with management on manpower planning and identifying training requirements.

Eligibility

Applicants must be able to work full time from the office, join between 27 June 2026 and 1 August 2026, and commit to a 6-month internship. Candidates should also have relevant skills and interest in HR work.

Compensation and perks

The internship offers a stipend of INR 14,000 to INR 17,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and an informal dress code.
