Role Overview
Bauer Bodoni seeks a motivated and detail-focused Human Resources Intern to assist with a broad spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment coordination, policy maintenance, employee communications, and HR operations support. This internship offers a valuable chance to gain foundational knowledge in comprehensive HR functions within a fast-paced and collaborative workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for job openings.
- Support the preparation of job descriptions, offer letters, and induction materials.
- Help maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and leave tracking.
- Contribute to internal communications such as announcements and policy implementations.
- Support employer branding efforts through social media content and recruitment campaigns.
- Assist with HR documentation to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate logistics for interviews, onboarding processes, and HR-related events.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with HRMS platforms is advantageous.
- Capability to handle confidential information discretely and professionally.
- A proactive, cooperative mindset with eagerness to learn.

Additional Information
This internship is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Faridabad, Haryana, reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources. Only candidates residing in Faridabad with relevant skills and interests, and who can commit to full-time in-office work for six months, are eligible to apply.
Compensation and Application
