About the Role

Join Adisri Publications Private Limited as an Operations Intern and engage in hands-on experience within a lively and fast-moving publishing environment. Your involvement will be essential for ensuring seamless operational workflows and contributing meaningfully to the success of our children's book publications.

Key Duties

Manage daily operational tasks including monitoring inventory and processing orders.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to guarantee prompt receipt of goods and supplies.
Maintain precise records and databases utilizing MS Office and MS Excel tools.
Work jointly with multiple departments to optimize processes and boost operational efficiency.
Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for upper management.
Engage in collaborative projects across various functions to expand your understanding of business operations.
Maintain professional standards and uphold the company's values in every interaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel.
Ability to organize tasks effectively and demonstrate proactive work habits.
Interest in learning about operational processes within a publishing house.

Additional Information

This internship is designed for those who can commit to a full-time, in-office position based in Faridabad or nearby regions (Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida). The internship duration is three months, starting immediately, providing a valuable career foundation in operations and publishing management.
