BIM Modeler

Role overview

We are looking for talented and driven BIM Modelers to help deliver complex construction, engineering, and infrastructure assignments. In this position, you will convert detailed design intent into accurate, well-coordinated digital models using modern BIM tools. Your contribution will support smoother project delivery, improve coordination across disciplines, and help reduce design conflicts. This is a strong opportunity to work on impactful projects while building deeper expertise in digital design and construction technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and update detailed BIM models with Revit and other BIM applications.
• Prepare clear construction drawings, shop drawings, and complete project documentation.
• Align architectural, structural, and MEP models so they remain consistent and integrated.
• Spot model clashes, record them properly, and support their resolution through coordination workflows.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and wider project teams across all project stages.
• Revise models and drawings when project details or client expectations change.
• Make sure all BIM outputs follow project requirements, standards, specifications, and deadlines.
• Offer technical modelling assistance and design coordination input to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or a similar discipline.
• Previous experience working in a BIM Modeler, Revit Modeler, BIM Technician, or comparable role.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and related BIM platforms.
• Good understanding of construction methods, engineering drawings, and BIM processes.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle several priorities in a demanding environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.

Eligibility

Professionals with a relevant technical qualification and hands-on BIM modelling experience are suitable for this role. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite in Doha Metropolitan Area and able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
