As a Clean Team Lead, you will help ensure the store makes a strong first and final impression by keeping the location clean, orderly, and safe for customers and associates. The role covers cleanliness throughout the property, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.

Pay and additional compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $20 to $33. The final rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, the role may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Extra premiums may also be paid, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed. If more than one condition applies, multiple premiums may be available.
