RBC Insurance Finance is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level, day-to-day support to senior leaders, including the CFO of RBC Insurance. Key responsibilities

  • Support the CFO of RBC Insurance with diary management, travel booking, expense processing, and meeting coordination.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Insurance Finance leadership group.
  • Serve as a contact point between the executives supported and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements in coordination with Finance colleagues.

  • Coordinate special assignments and ad hoc initiatives assigned by the leaders you support.

Requirements
