CodeWall is creating a new generation of cybersecurity tools with a focus on building the world’s leading AI-driven offensive security capability. About the Role

The company is seeking a highly capable, inquisitive, and driven Founder Associate to work closely with the CEO across multiple parts of the business. This position is broad in scope, fast-moving, and suited to someone who enjoys switching between strategic and hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of outbound growth efforts, creating campaigns from scratch that reach HR, Finance, and Operations decision-makers and convert them into interested prospects.
  • Build and manage lead generation and go-to-market operations, including multi-channel prospecting, CRM hygiene, and pipeline monitoring, while supporting the Commercial Team to improve conversion at each stage.
  • Plan and deliver events and brand-building activity, ranging from smaller executive dinners to larger industry conferences, with the goal of increasing the company’s visibility and recall.
  • Drive awards and recognition initiatives by identifying relevant industry platforms, handling submissions, and strengthening the company’s positioning as a leader in its category.
  • Develop partnerships and ecosystem relationships with industry bodies, investors, and strategic partners to create commercial opportunities.

Logistics
