Role overview

As a Home Coordinator, you will help build and maintain a high-performance culture and ensure customers have a great experience in the store. The role supports the Home department across day-to-day operations, customer service, and team development.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team to provide a positive experience for both in-store and online customers.
  • Make sure Home department activities follow all legal and compliance requirements, with strong attention to safety, process discipline, and incident reporting.

Required experience and skills

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a lively, casual retail environment and bring solid experience in retail, especially with a good understanding of Small Appliances and Whitegoods. You should also have strong customer service skills, experience handling cash and EFTPOS, and confidence using electronic POS systems where possible. The role also calls for someone who can sell effectively, merchandise products, and stay composed under pressure.
