What you will do

In the Home Coordinator role, you will help build and maintain a strong team culture and excellent customer experience across the store, with a specific focus on supporting the Home department.

• Work closely with the team to deliver a positive experience for customers both in-store and online.
• Make sure Home department activities follow all legal and compliance requirements, with a strong focus on safety, internal processes, and incident reporting.
• Train, coach, and assist sales team members across Home department products and services.
• Work toward achieving the store’s sales and profitability goals.

What we are looking for

• Previous retail experience and sound knowledge of small appliances and whitegoods.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling, including EFTPOS use, ideally with electronic POS systems.
• Confidence in selling retail products and merchandise.
• Ability to stay effective and organised when working under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a lively, casual, and enjoyable retail environment.
