Role Overview

Yallo Group is seeking an Information Technology Recruiter to support hiring needs in Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role is focused on sourcing and placing candidates across a range of technology functions, with an emphasis on both high-volume recruitment and specialized hiring for niche and senior positions.

What You Will Do

• Recruit for technology roles across areas such as React, Java, cloud, data, SAP, Salesforce, and similar domains.
• Handle both bulk hiring requirements and searches for specialized or senior-level profiles.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role expectations.
• Use recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing channels to identify and engage suitable talent.
• Track recruitment progress using analytics and maintain an efficient, organized hiring process.
• Manage several open priorities at once while maintaining speed and quality in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Between 6 months and 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for niche technology roles.
• Solid understanding of IT skill sets, project environments, and common technology stacks.
• Experience working on both large-scale hiring and specialized searches.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfort working with ATS systems, recruitment metrics, and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and perform well under pressure.

This position is based in Saudi Arabia and follows an on-site working model.
