Operations Manager

Role overview

Flat White Specialty Coffee is seeking an energetic and performance-focused Operations Manager to steer and strengthen its multi-branch café network in Doha, Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day functioning of several outlets while delivering a consistently strong guest experience.
• Take ownership of sales results, cost management, and overall profitability, including full P&L responsibility.
• Guide, mentor, and build the capability of outlet managers and their teams.
• Maintain adherence to brand guidelines, standard operating procedures, and food safety requirements.
• Improve roster planning, staffing levels, and broader operating efficiency.
• Work closely with the central kitchen, supply chain, and other support teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Background in food and beverage operations management is required; experience across multiple units is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop people effectively.
• Good knowledge of P&L management, COGS, and operational KPIs.
• Strong interest in coffee, hospitality, and creating a high-quality customer experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
• Prior GCC experience will be considered an added advantage.
