Role Overview
York Towers is hiring a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join its Qatar sales team. This is an on-site, full-time, entry-level position within the Sales Department. The role involves supporting local and international clients in evaluating real estate investment opportunities in Georgia and providing advisory input supported by market research and financial analysis.
What You Will Do
- Manage the entire sales journey, starting with lead screening and assessment of investment needs, then moving through property presentations, negotiation, and final deal closure.
- Work consistently toward monthly and yearly performance targets related to completed deals, sales volume, and customer acquisition.
- Prepare and present investment recommendations that clearly explain ROI, IRR, NPV, and expected capital growth.
- Address detailed investor questions and concerns around market conditions, returns, and regulatory or compliance matters.
- Stay fully informed about York Towers' project range, the competitive environment, and developments in the Georgian real estate market.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including all client communications and sales-related activity.
- Follow cross-border transaction procedures and comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Take part in ongoing training sessions, coaching, and performance review discussions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in direct sales or client advisory work, preferably in real estate or financial services.
- Ability to understand investment performance indicators such as ROI, NPV, and IRR and explain them clearly to clients.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the confidence to deliver persuasive and professional presentations.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency will be an advantage.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
