Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst for our Onsite Operations team, focusing on ECM/Banner Setups. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute ECM/Banner setups and related operational tasks.
- Interpret business requirements and ensure accurate delivery of projects.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and senior management.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment utilizing various tools and technologies.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with ECM/Banner setups.
- High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and implement business requirements accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and management interaction.
- Capacity to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting with multiple tools.
- Ability to function autonomously and collaboratively within a team structure.

- This is an onsite position located in Navi Mumbai, India.
- The role involves working across different shifts, including APAC, General, and EMEA.
