What you will do

• Plan and carry out mechanical testing for subsystems and components.
• Build and configure test setups that meet customer test objectives.
• Coordinate readiness reviews, risk reviews, and data review meetings.
• Develop, diagnose, and support complex electro-mechanical test systems, instrumentation, advanced data acquisition tools, and experimental test control systems.
• Analyze test data to troubleshoot issues and share findings with internal and external customers.
• Oversee facility assets and instrumentation, including calibration tracking and scheduled maintenance.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus at least 1 year of engineering experience, or
• Master’s degree in Engineering, or
• PhD in Engineering.
• U.S. citizenship is required to be considered.

Preferred experience

• Hands-on experience with LabView.
• Exposure to aerospace engines and engine controls technology.

Compensation and benefits

The role offers a salary range of $70,629 to $105,943 per year. Rolls-Royce also provides a competitive total rewards package that includes base pay and a discretionary bonus plan.
