Overview
This internship provides an opportunity to work with a well-established non-profit organization specializing in health and safety with six decades of experience in auditing, consulting, and training solutions. The role is based in Mumbai and offers a comprehensive introduction to customer interaction and sales processes in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries via multiple channels including email, telephone, live chat, and instant messaging.
- Support monitoring and resolution of customer concerns using Salesforce and ticketing systems.
- Help coordinate bookings, registrations, and maintain customer databases.
- Provide administrative backing for training sessions, events, recognition programs, and membership activities.
- Facilitate inbound sales enquiries, perform follow-up actions, and contribute to lead management activities.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to aid in product and service enhancements.
- Gain experience in building effective client relationships and understanding the fundamentals of sales and business development techniques.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai.
- Can commence the internship anytime between 6th July 2026 and 12th August 2026.
- Committed to completing a six-month internship tenure.
- Possess relevant abilities and interests aligned with customer support, sales, and communication.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend of INR 15,000.
- Certification upon completion of the internship.
- Work schedule consists of five working days per week.
