Role overview
We are looking for a customer service professional to support sales and service interactions for Etisalat offerings in Dubai. The role focuses on serving business clients, institutions, government customers, and Emirati customers by explaining plan options clearly, supporting sales growth, and delivering a consistently high standard of customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Present and promote Etisalat packages that suit business, institutional, government, and Emirati customer segments.
- Explain product features, customer benefits, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Spot opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly, professionally, and with empathy.
- Maintain a courteous, patient, and professional approach in every customer interaction.
- Develop long-term trust with customers through open, responsive communication.
- Address complaints and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives within set timelines.
- Understand customer needs accurately and work toward achieving customer satisfaction.
- Follow approved communication standards, procedures, and company policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and respond to inquiries without delay.
- Track recurring issues in customer calls and share those patterns with the team leader.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Know the products thoroughly enough to answer customer questions confidently.
- Provide feedback on how the customer service process can be improved.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a call centre, customer care, or front desk role.
- Graduate or diploma qualification is mandatory.
- Candidates should be below 30 years of age.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Good listening ability and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers and standard workplace tools.
