JavaScript Frontend Developer (Remote)

About the Role

This position is for a JavaScript Frontend Developer working remotely on a contract basis. The developer will be responsible for building and sustaining robust client-side and server-side JavaScript applications that deliver optimal performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain JavaScript applications utilizing modern frameworks and libraries.
• Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code in JavaScript and associated technologies.
• Partner with backend developers to merge user interface components with server-side logic.
• Enhance application speed and scalability to meet business demands.
• Engage in code reviews and comply with software development best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong command of JavaScript, including ES6+ features and asynchronous programming capabilities.
• Experience working with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiar with backend technologies including Node.js and Express.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and handling JSON data formats.
• Competent in using version control tools, particularly Git.
