Role Overview
Dar wa Emaar is looking for a Purchasing Engineer to support procurement activities for construction and related project needs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on sourcing the right materials, systems, equipment, and services while keeping purchases aligned with technical specifications, project schedules, and commercial goals.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, source, and buy construction materials, MEP systems, equipment, and services based on project demand.
- Assess drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals to make informed procurement choices.
- Draft and send RFQs/RFPs, compare technical and financial offers, and take part in supplier negotiations.
- Work closely with design, engineering, planning, and site teams to ensure procurement stays in step with project timelines.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related discipline.
- Applicants should have 3 to 7 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally within construction or real estate development projects.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
