Role Overview

We are seeking a proficient React Developer to become an integral part of our dynamic development team in Bengaluru, India. The individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining user interfaces that are rich, intuitive, and engaging, ensuring an excellent user experience. This role demands familiarity with modern front-end tools, best practices, and advanced programming concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain responsive user interfaces using React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Implement state management using Redux or similar libraries.
• Utilize React Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle methods effectively.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous programming tasks.
• Employ version control with Git and utilize build tools like Webpack and Babel.
• Write and maintain unit tests with frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Apply AI programming platforms (like Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to assist in coding, debugging, refactoring, and automating repetitive development activities.
• Participate in continuous integration and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate effectively with team members using good communication skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js framework.
• Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Knowledge of build tools including Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-based programming platforms for development assistance.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern front-end development workflows.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with TypeScript is required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Next.js or React Native frameworks.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js and Express.
