Role Overview
We are hiring a Remote Client Support Representative to deliver prompt, professional assistance to clients. The role centers on handling questions, managing service requests, and making sure every interaction leaves the client with a positive experience. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys building client relationships and working in customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Support clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client questions as well as service-related issues.
- Keep client records and documentation complete and up to date.
- Track requests and account changes through follow-up to completion.
- Work with internal teams to help meet client needs.
- Provide a consistently high-quality client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in customer service, client support, or account support is preferred.
- Clear verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid problem-solving ability.
- Comfort and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- A dedicated home office setup suitable for remote work.
Pay and Benefits
