Role overview
Braze is hiring a Senior Business Development Representative in Berlin, Germany to help drive future revenue by uncovering, shaping, and advancing new business opportunities. The role sits within a fast-moving, collaborative business development team that works closely with account executives and internal stakeholders to identify promising accounts, start meaningful conversations, and move prospects through the early stages of the sales process.
The position is designed for someone who enjoys high standards, teamwork, autonomy, and a fast pace. Success in the role comes from building strong relationships, thinking creatively, acting quickly, and staying accountable to personal and team targets.
This role follows a hybrid working model, with at least 3 days per week in the office.
What you will do
- Research and prioritize target accounts with strong potential.
- Plan and run outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and other communication channels.
- Create personalized campaign sequences and communication plans to build pipeline.
- Speak with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to understand business needs and challenges.
- Run discovery conversations and qualify early-stage opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver value-led pitches and product demonstrations.
- Work with Account Executives to build account strategies and coordinate next steps.
- Manage meetings independently and involve other internal partners when needed.
- Hit outreach, meeting, and qualification KPIs tied to quota attainment.
- Contribute to team goals while also owning individual performance targets.
