Role overview
This part-time Supervisor position at Centra Ballybrack is focused on leading a busy retail team, keeping store operations running smoothly, and consistently delivering excellent customer service. The role is based in Ballybrack, County Cork, Ireland.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, support, and motivate the team so the store performs efficiently and effectively.
- Set a strong example for colleagues by demonstrating a positive attitude, teamwork, and professional behaviour.
- Help maintain high standards in stock rotation, merchandising, and overall product presentation.
- Support the induction, training, and ongoing development of team members.
- Handle customer questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and in line with store procedures.
- Take an active role in new store initiatives and adopt updated ways of working when introduced.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure, and capable of organising work effectively. The role also requires the ability to delegate tasks and support other staff members when needed.
