3.5T Delivery Driver

About the role

This position offers local driving work with the chance to become a trusted part of a delivery team. It is suited to someone who enjoys varied routes, working closely with regular customers, and providing reliable service every day.

Drivers are central to the business, and this role plays an important part in making sure customer deliveries arrive on time and in good condition.

The operation runs seven days a week, so shift patterns can include weekend work. Overtime may also be available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers so they can keep their shelves stocked with the products they need.
• Load stock into the vehicle at the branch and unload it at customer premises.
• Complete delivery paperwork carefully and accurately.
• Provide a dependable and customer-focused delivery service.

Requirements

• Cat B / 3.5T driving licence.
• At least two years of driving experience.
• Delivery driving experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle manual deliveries.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive customer service approach.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
