Role overview

This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity in LaGrange, GA for someone who enjoys customer-facing work, account handling, and hands-on operational tasks. The role centers on supporting rental account performance, delivering strong service, driving sales, handling deliveries and pickups, keeping the store in good shape, and managing early-stage collections.

The company highlights a $500 sign-on bonus, paid in two parts: $250 after 30 days and another $250 after 90 days. The starting pay range is $15.30 to $16.45 per hour.

What the job involves

• Manage an assigned group of rental accounts and strengthen customer relationships over time.
• Handle early delinquency collection efforts for accounts 1–6 days past due, while meeting daily and weekly collection targets.
• Use account management tools to protect account health and obtain payment commitments.
• Complete delivery, pickup, and account follow-up routes as assigned.
• Provide high-quality service in the store, by phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Support revenue growth by creating new rental agreements and contributing to sales.
• Transport, install, and handle merchandise safely.
• Keep the showroom and company vehicle(s) clean, organized, and compliant with standards.
• Follow all operational and safety procedures required by the company.

Qualifications and physical demands

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid driver’s license with a solid driving record. Clear communication and strong customer service ability are also important.

This job is physically active and may require lifting and moving heavy merchandise, driving a box truck, and spending long periods standing or driving. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off and one additional weekday off.
