The business is growing quickly in the US, and it is seeking an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of prominent American clients. The role goes far beyond day-to-day support: it requires a strategic partner who can build long-term relationships and help deliver measurable business results.

The Role
As an Account Manager, you will sit at the center of LiveLike’s US client relationships. You will manage a portfolio of sports organizations, broadcasters, streaming services, and media brands, serving as their main contact, advisor, and internal advocate.
Your focus will be to help clients succeed and grow by combining relationship management, strategic thinking, and product knowledge. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure clients extract maximum value from the platform.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders inside each account and become a dependable strategic partner.
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of US clients across sports rights holders, broadcasters, OTT platforms, and media companies.
- Understand each client’s business objectives and align LiveLike’s features to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.
- Become a knowledgeable product expert who can guide clients on new features, practical use cases, and fan-engagement best practices.
- Work with clients to define success measures, review results, and present insights that clearly show return on investment.
- Convert client feedback and market trends into structured internal briefs for Product and Engineering teams.
- Spot expansion potential within existing accounts and collaborate with Sales on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead renewal discussions with confidence, supported by strong relationships and proven impact.
- Identify risks early, manage escalations quickly, and strengthen client trust through thoughtful issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to manage delivery, set expectations, and keep clients informed.
- Maintain accurate records and communication across JIRA, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Help shape the playbooks and operating processes that support scaling the client success function globally.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, client success, or other customer-facing roles in tech, SaaS, or digital media.
- Proven success handling complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and large organizational structures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics, build confidence, and present effectively.
- Strong commercial judgment with an understanding of retention, expansion, and business impact.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Working knowledge of Slack, JIRA, and Google Workspace.
- Preferred background in sports technology, broadcast media, fan engagement, or OTT/streaming platforms.
- Helpful experience with digital product lifecycles and technical workflows.
- Experience using CRM tools and applying a data-led approach to account planning.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
