AI Product Owner (Agentic Systems & Python)

About the role

This position is for an AI Product Owner who will drive the next generation of AI agent products. The role acts as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and engineering teams, translating ambitious ideas into practical autonomous AI solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, hands-on Python familiarity, and a solid understanding of how AI agents operate, call tools, and work through multi-step challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product direction and shape the roadmap for AI agents and automated workflows.
• Work closely with engineers using Python and AI knowledge to make informed trade-offs around cost, performance, and accuracy.
• Convert business needs into structured user stories, technical tasks, and development requirements for agile delivery.
• Create testing approaches and safeguards that help ensure AI systems remain reliable, safe, and useful.
• Review user feedback and product data to identify opportunities to improve agent intelligence, speed, and overall quality.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on site at the Riyadh office.
• Practical Python experience, including the ability to write or understand code.
• Exposure to agentic AI tools and frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or RAG-based systems.
• Background in product management for technology products, or experience as a lead software engineer.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving and experimental Generative AI environment.
