Role Summary

This position is a full-time role for an Air Conditioning Installer supporting projects across the UAE. The selected person will install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial cooling systems, including split units, ducted systems, and package units.

Key Duties

The role includes checking work orders and technical drawings, visiting sites to assess installation needs, measuring and preparing mounting locations, fitting indoor and outdoor units, and completing refrigerant charging and performance tests. The installer will also identify and fix faults, carry out preventive servicing, clean and replace filters and coils, and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.

In addition, the role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams, sharing clear updates on progress, recording completed work accurately, and observing all health and safety requirements while moving between job locations.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should bring hands-on experience in AC installation, servicing, and repair, with practical knowledge of split, ducted, and package systems. A solid grasp of refrigeration principles, electrical wiring, control components, and HVAC safety practices is important.

Applicants must be able to read technical drawings, wiring schematics, and equipment manuals, and should have strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and airflow-related issues. Good communication and customer handling abilities are also required so that work can be explained clearly and professionally.

The job calls for physical stamina to work at heights, use tools and equipment, and manage manual tasks in varied site conditions. Vocational training or certification in HVAC, air conditioning, or a related technical discipline is preferred, and UAE experience will be considered an advantage. A valid UAE driving licence is required, along with readiness to travel to different sites as needed.
