We are currently partnering with a significant player in the financial services sector to overhaul their internal reporting and data routing systems. We are seeking an Analytics Coordinator to join this initiative by actively monitoring data quality and validating the effectiveness of newly implemented processes, all in a remote work environment.

Role Overview

The Analytics Coordinator will act as the point person for ensuring the integrity of data as it moves through various business systems. Large organizations often suffer from issues where information drifts or gets misrouted, leading to failed reconciliations and workflow backlogs. Your primary responsibility will be to detect, document, and verify the source and resolution of these breakdowns, focusing on practical results rather than theoretical analysis. This includes frequent log checks, cross-system data verification, and post-implementation auditing of newly designed solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Continually review daily logs to identify data routing failures and troubleshoot these events.
• Trace errors in transactions back to their source to pinpoint and address bottlenecks.
• Conduct audits to verify alignment between the CRM database and the organization's financial systems.
• Maintain and update documentation and operational guidelines as reports and data processes evolve.
• Compile weekly progress reports highlighting resolutions and reductions in manual intervention.
• Check that automated alerts are delivered to the correct personnel during process interruptions.
• Create clear records and rule documentation to empower the client’s team for future self-sufficiency.
• Test new data integration features in cooperation with technical leads before release.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined, step-by-step approach with technical records.
• Proficient with spreadsheet tools, capable of using functions such as filters, lookups, and formulas easily.
• Ability to communicate technical issues in accessible language to non-technical audiences.
• Keen interest in understanding how software systems interconnect and data traverses an organization.
• Proven ability to work independently within a remote team, maintaining productivity without supervision.
• Consistent accuracy in data entry and reporting, with a habit of double-checking outputs.
• Experience collaborating via digital communication tools with distributed teams.
