Role overview

The Apple Practice Strategy Lead will shape and execute commercial initiatives that grow Presidio’s Apple product sales along with related services and solutions. This position works closely with teams across procurement, managed services, digital, and marketing to keep Apple practice activities aligned with wider business goals. The role also leads the Apple Practice team, including engineers, project managers, sales professionals, and presales consultants.

What you will do

  • Design and deliver commercial strategies that increase Apple product sales, broaden adoption of connected services and solutions, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Plan and run marketing and sales programs for Apple offerings, including targeted campaigns, demand generation, and the effective use of marketing business development funds, while staying aligned with Apple go-to-market initiatives.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and Apple stakeholders to improve lead generation, build pipeline, and deliver strong return on marketing investment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure Apple practice plans support overall company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Apple-aligned resources, extended Apple teams, and key third-party solution partners.
  • Track market trends and new developments, then turn those insights into practical recommendations for improvement.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to evaluate Apple practice performance and support continuous optimisation.
  • Present strategy updates and business plans to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Manage Apple Authorised Enterprise Reseller requirements, including compliance and training, to keep the wider Apple team current and well informed.
  • Use solution-selling methods to identify customer challenges, connect them with Apple products and services, and position partner solutions that create measurable business value.
  • Handle complex sales cycles, influence stakeholders at different levels, and build long-term customer relationships that support recurring revenue.
  • Apply strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem, including hardware, software, integration, and deployment best practices.
  • Organise multiple priorities and deliver projects on time in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Proven solution-selling experience within an Apple-focused environment.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and influencing decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Strong grasp of the Apple ecosystem and its market impact.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with Apple enterprise solutions or related certifications such as ACITP or ACSP.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and rollout strategies for Apple devices.
  • Knowledge of third-party tools that integrate with Apple ecosystems, such as JAMF, MDM platforms, IDAM, Okta, and Entra ID.
