About the role

Conek Media supports patient acquisition for more than 500 chiropractic clinics across the United States, including clinics in The Joint Chiropractic network. The team is hiring one full-time appointment setter to join its B2C setter function. In this position, you will contact chiropractic clinic leads in the US and schedule qualified visits for partner clinics.

If you have 1 to 3 years of experience in appointment setting or phone sales and want a role with a clearer growth path than a large call floor, this opportunity may be a strong fit.

Work schedule

  • Workdays are Monday through Friday.
  • The role requires 9 hours of work per day.
  • You must be available during US business hours and work on US Eastern or Central time.

Key responsibilities

  • Screen leads using the company’s qualification framework.
  • Set appointments that meet the qualification standards.
  • Record every interaction and update information in Go High Level (GHL).

Compensation

  • Hourly pay is $3.5.
  • Payments are issued twice each month.
  • Strong performers may earn a total of $800 to $1,800 per month, including bonuses.
  • Compensation will be reviewed after 90 days based on performance.

What helps you succeed here

  • Strong spoken English with a clear, conversational style; a neutral call-center accent is acceptable.
  • At least 1 year of experience in phone-based B2B or B2C sales or setting.
  • Comfort with rejection and repeated outreach.
  • Ability to follow a script closely while still sounding natural and adapting when needed.
  • Comfort using CRM data proactively and keeping records updated without reminders.

Technical and work setup requirements

  • Backup power and internet access in case of outages.
