Job description
Company Overview
Myrtle RCM LLC is an offshore services company serving the U.S. healthcare industry. It provides complete support to payers, providers, and medical billing firms, using experienced domain professionals and modern tools such as AI agents to improve speed, precision, and operational efficiency. The company is focused on strengthening revenue cycle performance and helping clients achieve better financial outcomes and sustainable growth.
Role Overview
This full-time, on-site AR Caller position in Puducherry is centered on insurance follow-up and claim resolution. The selected candidate will reach out to insurers and other payers to check the status of pending claims, confirm payment progress, and push cases toward timely reimbursement.
Key Duties
In this role, you will review receivables reports, identify claims that have been denied or paid short, and take the necessary next steps to resolve them. You will record every payer interaction in the billing system, investigate denial reasons, work with internal billing and coding teams to correct issues, and escalate complicated matters when required. The job also requires consistent adherence to payer rules, HIPAA standards, productivity goals, and quality expectations, along with participation in team discussions and performance reviews.
Qualifications and Expectations
The employer is looking for someone with experience in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations, particularly AR follow-up, denial handling, or medical billing. Strong spoken and written English, professional phone manner, and clear documentation skills are important. Candidates should be able to read and interpret EOBs and ERAs, understand payer policies, and use medical billing or practice management software. The role calls for accuracy, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills to manage difficult claim and payment issues. Comfort with performance metrics, scheduled follow-ups, and a fast-paced workflow is also needed. Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Puducherry and collaborate well in a team setting. Prior experience in AR calling or an international healthcare voice process is preferred. A minimum of a high school diploma is required, while a degree or certification in healthcare, billing, or a related field is an added advantage.
