About the Role
Wynn Al Marjan Island is hiring an Assistant Chief Concierge to support the resort’s concierge operation in Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This position plays a key role in delivering polished, high-touch guest service while helping maintain the service culture expected at a luxury resort.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Chief Concierge in managing everyday concierge activities.
- Guide, coach, and oversee concierge team members to keep service quality consistently high.
- Arrange and resolve challenging guest requests, such as transport, dining bookings, and tailored experiences.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with local suppliers, restaurants, and service partners.
- Coordinate clear and prompt communication between guests and other resort departments.
- Track guest comments and help drive service enhancements where needed.
- Assist with staff rostering, training, and performance reviews.
- Keep current on nearby attractions, events, and local services.
- Help ensure all service delivery meets Forbes Five Star quality expectations.
- Follow brand standards and company policies at all times.
- Take on the Chief Concierge’s responsibilities when needed during leave, absences, or busy periods.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in concierge or guest services, with supervisory experience being an advantage.
- Strong leadership and planning abilities.
- Excellent spoken and written communication, along with strong people skills.
- Comfort using property management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Professional presentation and a guest-first mindset.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand for long periods and assist with guest luggage or packages when required.
- Previous training and hands-on experience with Forbes Travel Guide standards is required.
