Role Purpose
As the second-in-command at the store, you will partner with the Store Director to lead the team towards achieving store objectives while upholding company management standards and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the business, bridging product, operations, and people. You will act as a team leader and motivator, possessing a strong knowledge of fashion and product. Excellent organizational and planning abilities are essential, alongside analytical skills to interpret store reports (product, operations, people), derive insights, and implement improvements. Innovation, adaptability, and change leadership are key attributes for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in overseeing all store sections to meet sales targets.
- Monitor and maintain product presentation standards across all sections.
- Conduct regular product analysis, identifying gaps, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to drive sales initiatives.
- Utilize commercial analysis tools (Retail, Business Map, product reports, team communications) to implement strategies that boost sales.
- Maintain consistent communication with both central and country sales teams.
- Oversee the flow of communication across all store departments.
- Assist the Store Director in managing warehouse stock and merchandise logistics according to Commercial Manager guidelines.
- Aid the Store Director in organizing and planning staff and operational processes.
- Ensure team productivity aligns with company standards and operational efficiency.
- Supervise store technology, ensuring optimal performance for a seamless shopping experience.
- Support management in adhering to omnichannel processes (SINT, IPOD, STORE MODE, CC).
- Lead the implementation of new projects and commercial/operational updates.
- Minimize shrinkage through proactive measures and coordinated action plans.
- Champion customer service excellence throughout the store.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer incidents.
- Assist the Store Manager in managing the staff hour budget based on store needs.
- Oversee the creation of staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage aligned with sales dynamics and operational demands.
- Supervise all training initiatives, including onboarding, mandatory platform training, and on-the-job development.
- Support the Store Director in succession planning by identifying and nurturing potential talent.
- Foster employee development through recognition and constructive feedback.
- Ensure adherence to occupational risk prevention, health, and safety standards.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $75,000, plus a discretionary annual bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
