Role summary

Crocs, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Manager for On-Site Merchandising to join its e-commerce function in Gurugram. This role focuses on shaping the online shopping journey end to end for crocs.in, including daily trading activity, product visibility, campaign preparation, and conversion improvement. The position requires close collaboration with multiple teams to make sure the site experience is accurate, timely, and commercially effective.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead on-site merchandising across the homepage, PLP, PDP, and major campaign moments to create a smooth customer experience.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional arrangements, and scheduled consumer events with careful execution.
  • Improve conversion performance through merchandising choices, content ordering, and better page structure.
  • Keep catalog quality, site navigation, taxonomy, and product discovery strong so products are easier to find and browse.
  • Support A/B tests and other experiments to understand shopper behavior and raise conversion, reduce drop-offs, and improve NPS.
  • Monitor campaign readiness using timelines, checklists, and alignment across departments.
  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, digital product, technology, and analytics teams to deliver integrated execution.
  • Own performance dashboards, convert insights into practical actions, and maintain accurate, defect-free execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, digital commerce, or on-site trading.
  • Strong understanding of digital trading levers, conversion drivers, and customer journey optimization.
  • Practical experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
  • Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving and data-led decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and perform in fast-moving, high-impact settings.
  • Strong sense of ownership, disciplined execution, and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven approach with initiative, resilience, and flexibility to take on work beyond the core role when needed.
