About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is shaping Saudi Arabia’s future in entertainment and culture, and this position is central to strengthening how the organization works. As an Assistant Manager in Organizational Development, you will help improve workforce effectiveness by applying modern HR approaches that build engagement, support employee growth, and keep people practices aligned with business priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Create and roll out organizational development plans that improve team performance and support Qiddiya’s overall direction.
- Examine organizational structures and internal workflows to uncover areas where processes can be made more effective.
- Drive programs that encourage ongoing learning, stronger engagement, and leadership capability across the workforce.
- Measure the impact of organizational development initiatives using data and employee input, then refine programs based on findings.
- Advance diversity and inclusion efforts so they are embedded across the broader OD strategy.
- Work closely with HR business partners to shape talent management practices that support organizational objectives.
- Monitor emerging HR and organizational development trends and recommend practical, forward-looking improvements.
- Assist with change management efforts to help the business move smoothly through transitions and transformations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR organizational development or a closely related area, with strong exposure to employee engagement and talent development.
- Good command of organizational development concepts, methods, and tools.
- Strong people skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with teams from different backgrounds.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating organizational needs and tracking the results of initiatives.
- Proven ability to guide and influence change and development efforts within an organization.
- Comfort using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Genuine interest in building a healthy workplace culture and improving the employee experience.
