About the Role
Grill’d is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead a lively, high-energy restaurant team in Banksia Park, South Australia. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who enjoys being hands-on, motivating others, and creating memorable experiences for guests and the local community.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Restaurant Manager in leading, motivating, and coaching the restaurant team.
- Stay actively involved in day-to-day service, from the grill to the dining floor, to keep shifts running smoothly.
- Maintain a strong focus on guest experience and consistently high food and service standards.
- Help the team achieve performance goals and celebrate successes together.
- Coach team members across different stations to strengthen skills and confidence.
- Oversee safety, operational standards, and quality control with attention to detail.
