Job description
Persohap builds AI-powered coaching and interview experiences. We're a small, fast-moving team shipping products that put AI in front of real users.
Tasks
Design, build, and maintain backend services and REST APIs. Model data and work with relational databases. Integrate third-party services and AI providers. Take part in code reviews and help keep the backend fast, reliable, and secure.
Requirements
Solid experience building production backend services. Strong in Python (or a similar backend language). Comfortable with SQL, REST APIs, Git, and Docker. A pragmatic problem-solver with a strong ownership mindset.
